These Terms and Conditions apply to all Purebioenergy sessions, group sessions, digital products, courses, and related services offered by Tamara Arom / Healing Is Quantum. By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following.

1. Nature of the Service

Purebioenergy sessions are a non-invasive, non-medical, complementary practice intended to support relaxation, regulation, and balance within the body’s natural systems.

Purebioenergy is not a form of medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, hypnosis, or diagnosis, and does not replace care from licensed healthcare professionals.

Sessions may be conducted in person or at a distance, depending on the service booked.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation in Purebioenergy sessions is entirely voluntary.

You may choose to stop or discontinue a session at any time, for any reason. Likewise, the practitioner reserves the right to pause or decline a session if it is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the scope of practice.

3. Client Responsibility & Self-Regulation

You acknowledge that:

• Your wellbeing is your own responsibility
• Purebioenergy does not “heal” or “fix” conditions
• Responses to sessions vary between individuals
• No specific outcomes are guaranteed

The practitioner acts as a facilitator of balance and regulation, not as a medical or therapeutic authority.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Purebioenergy:

• Does not diagnose illness
• Does not prescribe or alter medication
• Does not provide medical advice

You agree that:

• You will continue to consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns
• You will not discontinue or alter any medical treatment or medication without consulting a licensed medical professional
• Any decisions regarding your health remain your sole responsibility

5. Suitability & Contraindications

Purebioenergy is generally gentle and suitable for many people. However, it may not be appropriate in all circumstances.

You agree to inform the practitioner of any relevant medical conditions or concerns prior to your session, where appropriate. In particular the practitioner needs to be informed of Epilepsy diagnosis as this requires a small adjustment to the healing protocol.

The practitioner may decline or discontinue sessions if they believe Purebioenergy is not suitable at that time.

6. Distance Sessions

Where sessions are offered remotely:

• You consent to receiving Purebioenergy sessions at a distance
• You understand that experiences may differ from in-person sessions
• You agree to ensure you are in a safe, comfortable environment during the session time

7. No Guarantees

You acknowledge that:

• Individual responses to Purebioenergy vary
• No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, or improvements
• Any perceived changes may be subtle, temporary, or cumulative

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The practitioner is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from sessions
• The practitioner is not responsible for actions or decisions taken by you before, during, or after sessions
• You release the practitioner from claims relating to expectations, interpretations, or outcomes

9. Confidentiality

All personal information shared is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Session notes if made, are stored securely on an external device indefinitely.

Anonymised material may be used by the practitioner for:
• Teaching
• Research
• Writing (including books or paid publications)
• Educational or promotional purposes No identifying information will be shared without express written consent.

Clients acknowledge and agree that no financial compensation, royalties, or payment will be provided for any anonymised use of session material, including but not limited to books, articles, talks, or other media. The practitioner may speak publicly about session themes or experiences (including on social media or YouTube) without disclosing identity.

Session content is not recorded or filmed unless explicitly agreed in advance.

10. Age Requirements

Purebioenergy sessions are offered to:

• Adults aged 18 and over
  OR
• Minors only with prior agreement and informed parental or guardian consent and presence at session. Please contact me directly before booking for a minor.

11. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

• Sessions must be booked in advance
• Payment terms, cancellation notice periods, and rescheduling policies are stated at the time of booking
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees

The practitioner reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.

12. Time Zones

For remote sessions, all bookings are scheduled in the stated time zone. It is the client’s responsibility to attend at the correct time.

13. Digital Products & Educational Materials

Any digital products, downloads, or educational materials provided are:

• For informational and educational purposes only
• Not a substitute for medical or professional advice
• Non-refundable unless otherwise stated

All content remains the intellectual property of the practitioner and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without permission.

14. Practitioner Discretion

The practitioner reserves the right to:

• Refuse service
• End a session early
• Decline future sessions
  if boundaries are not respected or if the service is being used inappropriately.

15. Amendments To These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version applies to all bookings and services.
